Feeling really good, which is crazy. The only issue I have is my extensor longus muscle/tendon is inflamed . It's good for the first 20 or so , and then it becomes an issue. Thanks for all your good vibes and I'll c us when I c ya!
About 5 miles to go...Lowell and Holly stuck it out with Mike the entire 50.7 miles today.
And Mike had a few more running buddies at the end.
This is Tenley, cancer fighter and namesake of the Tenley Foundation.
Tenley and her brother were troopers!
And Tyson (another cancer fighter) joined them for a quick jog.
Taking a quick breather...anyone have some Tylenol?
Lots of friends joined Mike at the end

~Mike's sister talked to him at about 11:00am today. He slept much better last night and his foot/ankle are not hurting too bad. He seemed to be in good spirits other than the fact that it took him 4.5 hours to go 17 miles. I had to remind him that he is now on day 7 of a 435 mile trek, and 4.5 hours to do 17 miles isn't bad at all. Hope to see you all in the Idaho Falls, Swan Valley and Victor area this weekend. Let's go cheer him on!~
Bye bye Mackay! Arco, get ready because here I come! -sent via mobile from Mike

A big thank you to Mike's friend Aaron Spurlock for joining Mike for 30 of today's miles
Just had a friend let me know that they took the long way home from Boise so they could see Mike. He was in good spirits and should get close to Stanley tonight.
Thank you Priscilla Bake (aka Redheaded Road Runner) and Chris Bake!
